Environmental and human safety
are the top priority in the development
of our chemicals for textiles:

Tonello washing methods

ADVANTAGES

CORE

Core drastically reduses water usage thanks to its nebulization
technology. The process is fast, fully automatic and programmable.
It guarantees maximum perfomance and is applied inside the
machine, without the need for any special preparation or binding.

NONSTONE

NoStone® is a garment finishing system developed by Tonello to
achieve those salt and pepper effects that are typical of the
traditional stone – wash.

01

Reduces water consumption, production costs, emissions, processing times and manual work.

02

Does not produce dust or sludge.

03

Almost eliminates the carbon footprint typical of pumice stone.

UP

The UP System drasticaly reduces the amount of water required and brings the liquor ratio to unmatched levels. A continuous and regular flow of water is constantly injected into the machine, then recovered and recirculated. Water savings are accompanied by a significant reduction in energy consumption and faster water filling and emptying. All of this obviously translates into lower costs.
